Custom Padel Court Designs
For an irregular site, a custom arrangement adapts geometry and supports to the court layout. Share adjacent structures and access routes as well as the playing-area dimensions.
Fabric and Frame Specifications
We supply KL720 and KL820 PVC-coated woven polyester, available in white, off-white and grey. Both use 1000D 23×23 woven fabric and are manufactured to a technical specification, tested for tear strength to ISO 4674-1:2016.

The reported tear-test method is ISO 4674-1:2016 Method B. The manufacturer states that the anti-UV treatment provides approximately 4 to 5 years with no fading. This is the manufacturer’s stated rating, not our own no-fading guarantee or a measured UV-blocking percentage.
Data-sheet values are indicative historical results and guidance only, without a manufacturer warranty in the sheet. The manufacturer recommends testing performance for the intended application. These fabric results do not establish the performance of a complete installed structure.
