What Are Roof Shades?
Roof shades create overhead coverage for an exposed terrace or elevated area. The existing building, access route and available support points determine what can be proposed.

Our Roof Tensile Shade Designs
A rooftop canopy needs a form that fits both the building and the intended activity underneath. We consider the shape alongside support positions, wind exposure and drainage.
Conical Tensile Roof Structures
A conical form rises to a high point and slopes toward its edges. On a rooftop, the design must coordinate those edges with support positions and a suitable route for rainwater discharge.
Dome Tensile Roofs
A dome-shaped cover gives the roof a curved profile. The usable area below, supporting arrangement and installation access are assessed for the building; the shape does not guarantee an unobstructed span.
Custom Tensile Roof Designs
Custom roof shades adapt the footprint and fabric geometry to the terrace. Share the area you want covered and the locations of existing building features before a design is proposed.
Fabric and Frame Specifications
We supply KL720 and KL820 PVC-coated woven polyester, available in white, off-white and grey. Both use 1000D 23×23 woven fabric and are manufactured to a technical specification, tested for tear strength to ISO 4674-1:2016.

The reported tear-test method is ISO 4674-1:2016 Method B. The manufacturer states that the anti-UV treatment provides approximately 4 to 5 years with no fading. This is the manufacturer’s stated rating, not our own no-fading guarantee or a measured UV-blocking percentage.
Data-sheet values are indicative historical results and guidance only, without a manufacturer warranty in the sheet. The manufacturer recommends testing performance for the intended application. These fabric results do not establish the performance of a complete installed structure.
MS Pipe Frame
All our tensile shade structures use mild steel (MS) pipe frames. Our team prepares and reviews structural calculations in-house for every project before sharing them with the client. Wind exposure and support requirements are assessed as part of the design.
Planning a Rooftop Shade
Terraces and rooftop seating
Start with the part of the terrace used for dining, seating or circulation. Coverage should follow that layout, with support positions considered before furniture or access routes are fixed.
Building support and access
The building and anchoring conditions need assessment before installation details are agreed. Roof access and the route for bringing components into position also affect the proposal and price.
Wind exposure and rainwater
Wind exposure and support requirements are factored into every design. Drainage must work with the roof layout; a fabric shade does not replace assessment of the building or its existing drainage.
Care after installation
Inspections, adjustments and maintenance are available after handover. Ask for a review when the fabric, frame or drainage needs attention rather than assuming every rooftop has the same care requirements.

How are the supports assessed?

What material forms the roof shade?
The covering is PVC-coated woven polyester on an MS pipe frame. The two supplied fabric specifications are shown above, including the manufacturer’s stated anti-UV treatment rating and its limitations.
Do you take rooftop projects outside Lahore?
Yes. We first review photos, videos and dimensions provided by the client. Visits outside Lahore are arranged per project; Lahore site inspections are free.
